For $1, get Duke Nukem Forever, Spec Op: The line, and The Darkness 2.

It's worth a dollar, to me, just for Duke Nukem. It sucks, but Duke Nukem 3D was great, and I wouldn't mind dicking around in the sucky sequel just for old times sake.

In steam I have Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition so I assume I already have it. Someone posted about it being removed from Steam?? I have it it=n my game list but am curious what that is about? So do you get a Steam Key then?

Duke Nukem 3D is the old game we played and loved. The Megaton edition is just another, "Game-of-the-Year" type bundle, with extra maps.

Dune Nukem Forever is the newer game that took "Forever" to come out. The one that got middling-to-bad reviews.

So I already have both then, no need to get that bundle for me unless there is something else in it worth getting.

Duke Nukem 3D is among my top 5 PC gaming experiences ever. I played Doom 2 for 2 years straight until my buddy lent me his Duke Nukem 3D and wow! It took 1st person shooters to a whole other level at the time. A lot of the things you see standard in good FPS games now you can attribute back to Duke Nukem 3D.

With all this remastering going on for games being moved to newer consoles I have to wonder if a gem like Duke Nukem 3D would ever been remastered? Sometimes that's all we want. The same gameplay experience, except with prettier graphics and higher res sounds.

FYI: many of the developers who made Borderlands 1 and 2 worked on Duke Nukem 3D. You'll see some of the same humor in that old game, just less of it because of the resource constrictions of the time.

I'm definitely getting the $1 version of the Humble Bundle with Duke Nukem Forever, but I'm waiting awhile to see what the "beat the average price" bundle adds in the coming days or week. I may get that instead. Probably won't, but there's like 12 days left to get the $1 bundle, so I might as well wait and see.

If you're looking for some old-school Duke Nukem 3D gaming with better gfx, check out the 2013 version of Shadow Warrior. They did a nice job with it.

The extra games you get for paying more than the average (Approx $9 right now)
    Sid Meier's Civilization V

    Battleborn Starter Skin Pack- Add-on

    Freedom Force

Pay $15 and add:
